On March 3rd at 1347 E2 responded to a working structure fire in Stafford VA. E2 was the first arriving engine and determined that the fire had started in the rear of the structure and was quickly extending into the attic spaces. The high winds had caused the fire to spread rapidly throughout the entire attic space. E2 aggressively stretched a 1 3/4in line and began a fierce interior fire attack. The quick response and aggressive tactics by all crews on scene extinguished the fire and ultimately saved the home. E2 was supported by E9, RE14, TK12, M2, M9, BC1, ODC, OPS5, T531, M1, E3, and FM3.
