Early in the morning of 11 December, Truck 2 joined several units from Stafford County Fire & Rescue to battle a structure fire in the Vista Woods neighborhood. Unfortunately, the home was fully involved upon arrival of the first units but, luckily, was not occupied. Thanks to the strong work of the first arriving units, the house next door was protected from catching fire itself, although it suffered some damage. The truck crew worked with other units to bring the fire under control and then complete the overhaul.
