| A huge THANK YOU to the thoughtful members of our community who stopped by yesterday with homemade baked goods and dinner for our crews. Your generosity means more than you know and is greatly appreciated by both our career and volunteer members. The evening wasn’t just about sharing a great meal—it was about strengthening the bond that makes our department so successful. Career and volunteer personnel gathered around the dinner table and in the day room, enjoying each other’s company as one team with one mission: serving the citizens of Stafford County. After dinner, we spent time training alongside several of our newest probationary firefighters, helping them build the skills and confidence they’ll need to serve our community safely and effectively. We wrapped up the night the way firefighters often do—working together to clean and organize the gear room, ensuring we’re always ready for the next call. It’s nights like these that showcase what makes the Stafford Volunteer Fire Department special: community support, teamwork, training, and a shared commitment to excellence. From all of us at Company 2, thank you for standing behind your firefighters. 🚒 Dedicated 2 Excellence |
