🚒 Training focused on Self Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) operations and Rapid Intervention Team (RIT) Pack integration, including proper use, emergency procedures, and what to do when things don’t go as planned.

For firefighters, knowing your equipment is only part of the job. Knowing how to react when that equipment fails—or when a fellow firefighter is in distress—can mean the difference between life and death.

Our probationary firefighters worked hands-on with their SCBAs and practiced integrating the RIT Pack into emergency situations. Building these skills early helps develop confidence, muscle memory, and the ability to perform under pressure when seconds matter.

There is no substitute for mastering the fundamentals. Train hard. Know your equipment. Take care of each other.
