While it may be National Ladder Safety Month, this training goes far beyond a calendar reminder. Ladder operations are a critical skill every firefighter must master. From gaining access to upper floors, to performing rescues, to providing a means of emergency egress or bailout, ladders can make all the difference on the fireground.

Our crews worked on proper ladder placement, climbing techniques, and building confidence in real-world scenarios. These hands-on trainings ensure that when the moment comes, our firefighters are ready to act quickly and safely.
