| These dedicated individuals play a vital role in supporting our crews during incidents. On large fires, they respond with our rehab unit, giving firefighters a safe place to cool down, rest, and rehydrate before getting back to work. They also staff our light and air unit, helping illuminate scenes and ensuring we have a steady supply of fresh SCBA bottles to keep operations moving safely.
What makes this even more remarkable? These are everyday members of our community — your neighbors — who commit their time to complete an 4-week training program (just one day a week) so they can be ready when needed most.
Their support directly impacts our ability to operate safely and effectively.
If you’re looking for a way to give back and be part of something bigger, we encourage you to check out CERT and see how you can get involved.
To all of our Stafford County CERT members — thank you for everything you do in support of our department and our community.
