Tonight, our volunteer crew staffing Truck 1502 visited the Stafford County Training and Logistics Center to provide a static apparatus display for our future firefighters and their families.
Events like these are about more than showcasing our apparatus. They provide families an opportunity to see firsthand the dedication, determination, and commitment it takes to serve as a volunteer firefighter.
Whether itโs their son, daughter, mom, or dad answering the call, every volunteer has a family standing behind them. That support is an important part of what makes volunteer fire service possible.
At Stafford Volunteer Fire Department, we take great pride in our members, the families who support them, and the next generation preparing to serve our community.
To our future volunteers and their families, welcome to the fire service family! We look forward to seeing the pride and commitment youโll bring to the department. โค๏ธ๐
